SPECIAL INFO ABOUT 'HOMEWORK' PREORDER
During the next months, I'll be working on the creation of 'Homework', my first 3D animated short film,. You can already pre-order some items to support this project. This is how it works:
- We will access the digital content in September-October 2021 by email, once the short film is completely finished.
- We expect to start shipping the Physical products in October 2021.
- Please keep in mind this is an approximate date.

From where do you ship?
My fiancé and I prepare and ship all orders daily from home in Málaga, Spain :) with lots of love and care. When you buy at naolito.com, you allow me to create new illustrations and products. When you buy some of my products or you share my work with your family and friends, you make naolito.com keeps growing up. Thank you a lot!

Which countries do we ship to?
We have customers from almost any country in the world! Please, have a look to all of our shipping countries.
How long does my order take to arrive?
- Orders to Spain: from 2 to 5 business days.
- Orders to European Union and Switzerland: from 5 to 10 business days.
- International orders: from 5 to 15 días business days.
This is just an estimation so please keep it in mind when shopping.
Due to the COVID-19 situation, it could take a bit longer. Currently, for these reasons, the packages are usually taking an average of 15 business days to arrive to Europe and an average of 20 business days to arrive to the USA.
Can I track my orders?
All the products are shipped by regular mail in order to offer an affordable shipping cost, so unfortunately there's no tracking info available, I only get a delivery notice. In any case, I take full responsibility on all orders as long as the shipping info is correct, so you can shop hassle free at naolito.com.
My order has already shipped. Can I have the delivery address changed?
We cannot change the shipping address for orders that have already been dispatched, and the US Postal Service will not change a delivery address once the parcel is on its way. Please be sure to check all information very carefully before placing your order .
Is your site secure?
Your ecommerce transactions take place in Shopify, and your payment is handled by Paypal. They both use industry-standard SSL encryption. If you have questions about secure commerce, please contact customer service using our contact form.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We do not accept payment by check, money order or purchase order, and we do not accept either orders by mail. Please note that online orders may be executed with real time credit card processing, and your card may be charged before your order ships.
Is my personal information kept private?
We do not resell or distribute your address, phone number, email address or any other personal information to anyone. Your phone number and email address will be only used if either us or the courier delivering your package need to contact you with a question about your order.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely happy about your order, we'll be happy to accept a return, refund, or size change. Kindly contact us within 7 business days from the day of receipt of the item. Full refund will be processed once we receive the item in its original condition. No restocking fee will be imposed.
Orders that are returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will only be resent at customer's expense. We don't accept returns if the item is as it was ordered.
In case of a lost tracked order, we'll proceed to make a full refund of your order or ship a new item to you. We don't make responsible of lost orders when untracked items are lost.
